So, its snowing!  Not a happy place in April.  After Easter the plans of seeing new flowers bloom, sunny skies, the sounds of birds in the air and the smell of things growing are expected to be enjoyed.  Not so much this year. Build a snowman and wait for this to melt.  It will quickly as soon as Mr. Sun comes out.

The housing market is great right now as the homes on the market still seem to be selling quickly.  A clue to a happy home buyer in today's market.  Keep on the top of what is out there.  Have your realtor send you daily what is new, what was just listed in your requested area and in your price range.  Be ready to go; tell your boss you are looking for your dream home and sometimes you will need to pull the plug and just go to see the home and have a chance with an offer.  A good realtor will always communicate with you about these new listings and be there quickly to show you as soon as you see something you want to see.  Buying a home should be a fun time.  Let's make it that way!

New construction is going crazy. If you are in the mood to meet with a builder and see what they can do for you, give me a call.  There are a multiple of builders out there with new developments that are ready to build your dream home.  Some have already built models that they are ready to sell now that the Parade of Homes is over.  You will need a realtor to be represented as the agent representing the builder is representing the builder; not you.

Do not hesitate to call with questions, comments or concerns.  952 210 1567 - Pam Kraska
